Is this a type of dieting?
No! I do not promote “diets” and am not focused on weight loss, but rather on creating life changing, sustainable habits. That being said, if weight loss is one of your goals, I have programs and resources that will give you all the information you need to reach that goal.
What if I mess up? Fall off the wagon, so to speak?
I hate the idea of “falling off the wagon.” Falling off the wagon, getting back on the wagon, falling off again. I say, BURN that wagon and walk this journey of life discovering what foods work best for your body. Once you know, the power is yours to get back on track anytime you slip up.
